# A community owned review platform

weRate universe is set to evolve into the world's first community owned review platform.

This means that, over time, important decisions and value parameters will be discussed and voted upon with all stakeholders that provide value to the ecosystem.

This can only work if there is participation and maturity within the community. This is why we choose to evolve slowly into decentralisation. Starting of with simple votes in our mobile app, we slowly move towards a DAO structure that will eventually govern the weRate Foundation.

* The Foundation will oversee the operations of the DAO, weRate team, and ecosystem efforts to make the community blossom
* Through in-app voting and staking mechanisms, users will be able to help decide on features, parameters, and decisions influencing the direction in which weRate is evolving
* Owning a Bohemian while adding value to the ecosystem will result in sharing a large part of the revenue of the platform
* Participating businesses will be able to vote in features that are important to them, while also having a stake in weRate through $RATE ownership and locking

Central to all operations and value flow in the weRate ecosystem is the $RATE token, fuelled by a balanced circular token economy.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://whitepaper.werate.io/using-the-werate-app/gamefi-and-socialfi/a-community-owned-review-platform.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
